Yes. After working in person for many years, I’ve found that telehealth allows clients the flexibility in scheduling as well as the ability to meet in their own surroundings where they often are most comfortable. It also saves travel time and gas money!

Teletherapy is therapy that is delivered virtually, via video or phone. I use a HIPAA compliant platform that is designed for providing mental health services.
